The invention discloses an offshore nuclear energy facility main control room residing system. The system comprises an air return valve and an air supply valve arranged in a main control room; the air return valve and the air supply valve are communicated through a circulating air pipe; at least one circulating fan, an iodine removing purifying device and a first cold accumulating device are arranged on the circulating air pipe in sequence; multiple distributive cold accumulating devices are arranged in the main control room at intervals; a split refrigerating device is communicated with the first cold accumulating device and the multiple distributive cold accumulating devices through distributive cooling agent pipelines; and an oxygen storage tank has a first oxygen conveying pipeline connected with the circulating air pipe, and a second oxygen conveying pipeline directly connected into the main control room.
