Zusammenfassung:	This optical transistor, a novel photoelectric device, can preform high-speed light modulation, light switch and light test by the mutual action between plasma oscillation and external electromagnetic radiation, in which photocarrier is used to modulate free carrier, and the great change of reflectivity. Its function is similar to a crystal transistor, but its light beam replaces current. This invention also discloses different schemes for light power modulator, combined tester, reflective or transmissive light switch and spectrum scanner.
