Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a prescription and a production process of a metal corrosion inhibitor added with a fluorine-containing surfactant. The prescription of the metal corrosion inhibitor comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20% to 25% of fluorine-containing octylic imidazoline, 5% to 8% of hexamethylenetetramine, 5% of propargyl alcohol and the balance water. The production process comprises the following steps: adding the octylic imidazoline and triethylamine in a reaction kettle according to a proportion, slowly heating to the temperature of 55 DEG C, and stirring at a constant temperature; dropwise adding the fluorine-containing surfactant into the reaction kettle according to a proportion, performing constant-temperature stirring for 20 h after the fluorine-containing surfactant is added, ending the reaction to obtain the fluorine-containing octylic imidazoline, and sampling for inspection; and adding the fluorine-containing octylic imidazoline, the hexamethylenetetramine, the pro |
