The invention provides a prescription and a production process of a metal corrosion inhibitor added with a fluorine-containing surfactant. The prescription of the metal corrosion inhibitor comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20% to 25% of fluorine-containing octylic imidazoline, 5% to 8% of hexamethylenetetramine, 5% of propargyl alcohol and the balance water.
