Vacuum pump oil

The invention discloses a vacuum pump oil, which is composed of the following components by mass percentage: 0.6-3% of an antioxidant ingredient; 0.5-3% of a friction modifier; 0.01-3% of an extreme pressure antiwear agent; 0.005-1% of a metal deactivator; 0.01-0.5% of a demulsifying agent; and the balance base oil. Specifically, the base oil comprises the following components by mass percentage: 5%-30% of modified polyether; 10%-20% of saturated polyol ester; and 60-80% of poly alpha olefin.
