Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method for preparing lentinus edodes cultivation matrix from corncobs and broad-leaved tree sawdust. The lentinus edodes cultivation matrix is prepared from, by mass, 47% of corncob powder, 40% of the broad-leaved tree sawdust, 10% of wheat bran or rice bran, 1% of bean flour and 1% of gypsum powder, and a plant growth regulator accounting for 0.05% of the total amount of the matrix is added. The broad-leaved tree sawdust comprises sawdust of poplars, willows, elms, oaks and birches. By replacement of broad-leaved hard tree sawdust with the corncobs and the broad-leaved tree sawdust including sawdust of poplars, willows, elms, oaks and birches for lentinus edodes cultivation, different cultivation matrixes are adopted while the plant growth regulator is added, and substances, unsuitable for the lentinus edodes cultivation matrix in the raw materials are converted, degraded or removed by means of biological fermentation, so that replacement of the broad-leaved hard tree sawdust for le
