Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to maritime work portland cement and a preparation method thereof. The maritime work portland cement comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 18%-50% of clinker, 30%-60% of common mineral powder, 5%-15% of superfine mineral powder, 0%-20% of pulverized fuel ash and 8%-12% of gypsum. The maritime work portland cement has excellent chloride ion erosion resistance and excellent mechanical performance; the maximum permeability coefficient of chloride ions in the 28d portland cement can reach 0.36*10 m /s; and the compressive strength of the 28d portent cement can exceed 55MPa, and therefore, the maritime work portland cement is particularly suitable for preparing concrete with high strength, high permeability resistance and high erosion resistance for ocean engineering. 本发明涉及种海工硅酸盐水泥及其制备方法,所述海工硅酸盐水泥,包括如下质量百分比的组分:熟料18%-50%、普通矿粉30%-60%、超细矿粉5%-15%、粉煤灰0%-20%、石膏8%-12%。上述海工硅酸盐水泥具有优异的抗氯离子侵蚀性能及力学性能,28d氯离子渗透系数最低可达0.36×10m/s,而且28d抗压强度可超过55MPa,特别适合配制高强、高抗渗和高抗侵蚀的海洋工程用混凝土。
