The invention discloses an elevator lifting system and a safe realizing method thereof. The elevator lifting system comprises a cage, wherein the cage is arranged in a cage well; the elevator lifting system is characterized by further comprising an escape pit which is arranged at the lower part of the cage well and forms a closed air lock together with the cage; and the escape pit is deep enough to ensure that the cage is at a safe speed when falling down from the upper end of the cage well in a weightlessness manner.
