The present invention discloses a liquid-state fertilizer application control system, which comprises a speed measurement device, a controller and a metering mechanism, wherein the speed measurement device is used for measuring the traveling speed of agricultural machinery, converting the traveling speed signal into an electrical signal, and transmitting the electric signal to the controller, the controller is used for controlling the reciprocating movement of the metering mechanism according to the fertilizer application parameter of per mu of the land and the travelling speed of the agricultural machinery, the metering mechanism is controlled by the controller and controls the fertilizer application amount of the liquid-state fertilizer, preferably the control system further comprises a driver and a stepping motor, the controller generates a pulse width modulation PWM signal and sends to the driver, the driver receives the PWM signal generated by the controller and amplifies the PWM signal to drive the step
