Zusammenfassung:This invention concerns a frozen/chilled dessert and method and apparatus for manufacturing same. The frozen /chilled is capable of high aesthetic appeal and diverse flavors and textures by forming a three dimensional pattern in the surface of a frozen/chilled dessert base material such as ice cream, and a shaded pattern formed thereon using a zol-state substance such as semitransparent sauce material or the like.
