Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to construction and running methods for an engineering power supply network of an energy-storage trolley car. The construction method comprises the following steps: selecting positions of two switching stations, introducing a 20kV external power supply, and connecting the two switching stations by a 20kV single bus; selecting N traction step-down hybrid stations, and partitioning the N traction step-down hybrid stations into two power supply partition networks which satisfy spaced networking; connecting each switching station with one traction step-down hybrid station in one power supply partition by a single bus, wherein the traction step-down hybrid stations which are connected with the switching stations need to satisfy the condition that a sum of connection distances of the two single buses for connecting the switching stations with the traction step-down hybrid stations is minimum; and driving the traction step-down hybrid stations to supply power to 2-3 trolley car stations, wherei
