Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a ZnO cathode based on ink-jet printing patterning and a preparation method thereof. The ZnO cathode comprises a cathode substrate, a patterned ZnO seed layer and a patterned ZnO cathode from bottom to top. Introduction is carried out by carrying out ink-jet printing on the ZnO seed layer, and the patterned ZnO cathode is grown by utilizing an electrochemical deposition method or a hydrothermal method. Compared with the prior art, the patterned ZnO seed layer is prepared by an ink-jet printing method, so that the complexity and difficulty of a process are greatly reduced; the ZnO cathode not only is easy to produce, but also adopts a small amount of materials; manufacturing cost is low; a required pattern is flexibly designed by computer programming; and the ZnO cathode is very suitable for large-area manufacturing and future industrial production, and has a wide market application prospect.
