The invention discloses a display device and a shift register device thereof. The shift register device comprises multiple stages of shift registers connected in series. The ith-stage shift register comprises an input unit, an output unit and a control unit. The input unit receives a first time pulse signal and a first scanning signal which is output by the (i-1)th-stage shift register, and outputs a charging signal based on the first time pulse signal and the first scanning signal. The output unit is coupled to the input unit, and receives the charging signal and a second time pulse signal. The control unit is coupled to the input unit and the output unit, receives the first time pulse signal and the second time pulse signal, and outputs a first output signal based on the first time pulse signal and the second time pulse signal.
