Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a monitoring system for ship positioning, which comprises a laser monitoring and positioning device, an encoder positioning and monitoring device, a PLC, a first network switch, a second network switch, a first server and a second server. When a ship enters a floating dock, the encoder positioning and monitoring device measures relative positions of the ship and the floating dock, and transmits first measurement data to the first server and the second server, so that the first server or the second server controls the PLC, and further controls a hydraulic winch to drag the ship into the floating dock; and when the ship undergoes pier-falling positioning, the laser monitoring and positioning device measures relative positions of the ship and the floating dock, and transmits second measurement data to the first server and the second server, so that the first server or the second server controls the PLC, and further controls the hydraulic winch to drag the ship to realize pier-falling posi
