Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a determining method of the equal Ampere-turn test of the parallel branches of a transformer semi-finished product. A set of low-voltage impedance tester and a 220V alternating current power source are adopted. Voltage is applied to a low-voltage winding, and two low-voltage no-load tests are performed. According to one of the tests, the middle outgoing wires of the windings of parallel branches are short circuited, and the low-voltage no-load test is performed. According the other test, the middle outgoing wires of the windings of the parallel branches as well as the upper half segment of one of the parallel branch and the lower half segment of the other parallel branch are short circuited respectively, and the low-voltage no-load test is performed. Whether the results of the two low-voltage no-load tests are identical is judged through comparison. The low-voltage no-load method is adopted to perform equal Ampere-turns test detection on the windings of the parallel branches. |
