Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for producing a low impact energy value self-calibration standard block from ferritic nodular iron. The method comprises S1, selecting a ferritic ductile iron test block for preparation of a self-calibration/checking standard block with low impact energy of 15J or less, S4, carrying out impact energy sampling inspection on the selected test block, S3, determining an impact energy value of the selected test block, S4, estimating feasibility of use of the selected test block subjected to impact energy calibration in daily instrument indicating value self-calibration/checking, and S5, building a contrast impact standard block daily calibration/checking instrument indicating value evaluation table, and building a indicating value error and repeatability maximum allowable value table according to relevant items of JJG145-2007 pendulum impact testing machine test procedures. Compared with the prior art, the method utilizes ferritic ductile iron to produce a self-calibration/checking |
