Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to application of a convective heat transfer mode to the material pressure-reduced drying process. The method is mainly characterized in that in the traditional pressure-reduced drying process, when liquid water (or other solvents) starts to vaporize, a proper amount of steam is led in for heat exchange in the convective heat transfer mode, and the liquid water can obtain enough sensible heat to accelerate vaporization; and meanwhile, water vapor quickly gets rid of the constraint of material surface tension to escape by means of kinetic energy released by instant expansion of the steam and is discharged out of a drying cavity, and therefore full drying and drying time shortening are achieved. 本发明涉及种对流传热方式在物料减压干燥过程中的应用。该方法的主要特征是在传统的减压干燥过程中当液态水(或其他溶媒)开始汽化时,通入适量的水蒸汽以对流传热的方式进行热交换,使液态水获得足够的显热而加速汽化;同时,水汽借助蒸汽瞬间膨胀而释放出的动能,迅速挣脱物料表面张力的束缚而逃离、排出干燥腔体,从而达到完全干燥以及缩短干燥时间的目的。
