Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to use of convection and microwave heat transfer manner in pressure reduction and drying. When an emerging pressure reduction-microwave drying device is used to dry a material, moderate saturated vapor is input when microwave heat transfer is started and the vacuum degree of a drying cavity is 30-5000 Pa, vapor and microwave cooperate with each other; the microwave allows aggravating motion of water molecules in the inner part of the material, and the water molecules are squeezed to a surface from the inner part of the material; vapor can supply sufficient sensible heat in a convection manner so as to balance latent heat which is absorbed by the water molecules converting a liquid state into a gas state, kinetic energy released during pressure reduction and expansion of the vapor is used to allow water steam to get rid of surface tension and pull the water steam to depart from the surface of the material, and then the drying time can be shortened. 本发明涉及种对流共微波传热方式在物料减压干燥过程中的应用。具体涉及在采用目前新兴
