Bearing pad oil supply device with servo valve

The present invention discloses a bearing pad oil supply device with a servo valve. The device comprises an AC motor oil pump unit, a DC motor oil pump unit, a one-way valve, an oil filter, a pressure sensor, a flow sensor, an oil outlet main pipe, a servo valve, a programmable controller, a stop valve, an oil inlet main pipe, and a cabinet. The bearing pad oil supply device with a servo valve uses an AC-DC dual-power oil pump system; the inlet main pipe is allowed to communicate with the oil outlet main pipe by means of the servo valve, and the high-accuracy flow sensor and pressure sensor are used to collect operating data, while the programmable controller is used to dynamically regulate the opening of the servo valve, thus meeting the bearing pad oil supply requirements under different operating conditions of the unit. 本发明公开的是带伺服阀的轴瓦供油装置。本装置包括交流电机油泵单元、直流电机油泵单元、单向阀、滤油器、压力传感器、流量传感器、出油总管、伺服阀、可编程控制器、截止阀、进油总管、柜体。本发明采用交直流双电源油泵系统，通过伺服阀联通进油总管与出油总管，采用高精度流量传感器与压力传感器进行运行数据采集，通过可编程控制器对伺服阀开度进行动态调节，满足机组不同运行工况下的轴瓦供油需求。
