Through a digital-controlling circuit, the hydraulic valve flow controlled in a digital mode is achieved. The amplitude bandwidth responding to the hydraulic valve flow is bigger than 70 Hz, phase bandwidth is bigger than 60 Hz, distinguishability is smaller than 0.1%, and the overlap amount is smaller than 0.5%. Compared with other hydraulic valves, the amplitude-frequency response is wide and statistic characteristic is steadier. Through a digital communication circuit, the controller area network (CAN) bus communication between a control circuit and an upper computer is achieved, and a product has real-time adjustment, real-time monitoring parameter, a wide using range and high security of controlling parameter. 本发明公开了种控制液压阀流量的电路及方法,采用数字化控制电路,可以实现数字化形式控制液压阀流量,液压阀流量响应的幅频宽大于70Hz,相频宽大于60Hz,分辨率小于0.1%,重叠量小于0.5%。相对于其他液压阀,幅频响应宽,静态特性更稳定。通过数字通信电路,实现控制电路与上位机之间的CAN总线通信,使产品具备实时调试、实时监测参数、使用范围广、控制参数保密性强。
