According to the method, an electrolytic method is adopted, a germanium sheet serves as an electrode, an absolute ethyl alcohol and hydrochloric acid mixed solution serves as an electrolytic solution, and the water-soluble germanium nano particles can be synthesized; and according to the electrolytic conditions, the voltage ranges from 10 V to 14 V, the current ranges from 0.02 A to 0.04 A, and electrolyzing is conducted for 5.5 h to 6.5 h. According to the preparing method for the water-soluble germanium nano particles, the electrolytic method is used for synthesizing the water-soluble germanium nano particles through one step for the first time, the preparing conditions are optimized, meanwhile, UV-Vis, IR, SEM and the like are adopted for conducting representation on the water-soluble germanium nano particles, and results show that the prepared water-soluble germanium nano particles have the particle size being 200 nm to |
