A nontoxic one-time-setting underwear cup formula and a manufacturing process thereof

A nontoxic one-time-setting underwear cup formula and a manufacturing process thereof are disclosed. The formula includes two groups of components which are 0-30 parts of high-activity polyether glycol, 0-30 parts of polymer polyol, 10-15 parts of a chain extender, 0.5 part of an organosilicon foam stabilizer, 0.5 part of an antioxidant, 1.5-2 parts of a catalyst, 3-4 parts of a foaming agent, 30-50 parts of high-activity polyether glycol, 30-0 parts of MDI and 5-15 parts of modified MDI. The process includes heating each raw material, mixing, injecting the mixture to a cup mold through a bottler and performing one-time setting.
