Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a potassium chloride granular fertilizer. The granular fertilizer is produced from, by weight, 80-120 parts of potassium chloride, 1.5-2.5 parts of a binder and 0.5-1 part of a coating agent. A production method of the granular fertilizer, adopting powdery potassium chloride as a raw material, comprises the following steps: adding a binder in proportion in the granulation process, carrying out coating granulation, drying obtained granules, cooling the dried granules, sprinkling a coating agent to carry out coating, and screening the coated granules to obtain the granular fertilizer. The binder and the coating agent are formed by comprehensively utilizing and processing a main raw material waste residue silica gel obtained in the production process of a phosphorus fertilizer, so the product cost is reduced, pollution is eliminated, the performances of the product are good, and the problems of poor appearance quality, low K2O content, low utilization rate and high cost of present methods |
