The electroplating wastewater treatment method is characterized by comprising steps as follows: 1), electroplating wastewater is subjected to air flotation; 2), the wastewater after air flotation is subjected to contact oxidation; 3), a coagulant and coagulant aids are added to the wastewater after contact oxidation for primary coagulating sedimentation treatment, and a supernatant is taken and subjected to secondary coagulating sedimentation treatment by adopting the coagulant and the coagulant aids.
