Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a g-C3N4 film for photoelectrocatalysis hydrolysis. The preparation method comprises dissolving cyanuric chloride and melamine in acetonitrile, stirring the solution, transferring the mixed solution into the inner liner of a high pressure reactor, inclinedly inserting pretreated electro-conductive glass FTO into the inner liner of the reactor, carrying out a solvent heat reaction process at a temperature of 160-200 DEG C for at least 12h, naturally cooling the reaction product to the room temperature, washing the electro-conductive glass through acetonitrile, deionized water and anhydrous ethanol, drying the electro-conductive glass to obtain electro-conductive glass coated with a reddish brown film, heating the electro-conductive glass with the film obtained by a solvothermal reaction to a temperature of 500-540 DEG C at a mild heating rate in an inert gas protective atmosphere, and keeping the temperature for 1h to obtain a reddish brown g-C3N4 film.
