Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses a black tea high-altitude withering and intermediate-altitude manufacturing technology. The technology comprises the following steps: S1: tea leaf selecting; S2: tea leaf picking; S3: tool washing; S4: preliminary withering treatment; S5: secondary withering treatment; S6: enzyme deactivating treatment; S7: rolling treatment; S8: fermenting treatment; S9: drying treatment; and S10: black tea molding. By using freshly pickled tea leaves in summer and autumn in a high-altitude tea garden in combination with weather conditions of high sky and fine weather, and being cool in morning and evening, the freshly pickled tea leaves are locally and instantly spread and withered, then the withered tea leaves are transported to a production plant at an intermediate-altitude to be subjected to processing production in the subsequent processes, and then through the function of a withering tank, the tea leaves are fully and evenly withered, the withering of the aged and tender leaves and stems |
