The method includes the following steps: A, rice field selection and reconstruction; B, rice planting: applying a base fertilizer before transplanting of rice seedlings, and then applying urea to perform topdressing, wherein the amount of the base fertilizer is 15-25 Kg/667m , and the amount of the urea is 4-6 Kg/667m ; C, seedling cultivation; D, feeding management: feeding tadpoles with tadpole fodder, wherein the feeding amount of the tadpole fodder is 12-16 Kg/667m ; and putting feeding tables in frog furrows when fore limbs of the tadpoles grow up, and feeding the tadpoles with a phagostimulant, wherein the feeding amount of the phagostimulant is 4-8 Kg/667m ; and E, pest control: arranging energy-saving wide frequency lamps as pest-attracting light sources in a field , and planting soybeans on ridges to establish an enemy community.
