Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a charging and discharging circuit of a battery and a terminal. The charging and discharging circuit of the battery includes a first MOS transistor, a second MOS transistor and a control switch; the first MOS transistor is connected between a system load and a current detection resistor; the second MOS transistor is connected in parallel with the first MOS transistor between the system load and the current detection resistor; and the control switch is connected between the second MOS transistor and the ground and controls the second MOS transistor to make the second MOS transistor turned on in the discharging state of the battery.
