The invention relates to a control system of a three-dimensional scanner. The control system comprises a master control computer which is connected to a processor. The processor is connected to a USB interface and an SD card interface. The processor is connected to a scanning control module and a driver control module. The scanning control module is connected to an image data collection module which is connected to a 3D point cloud data acquisition module. The 3D point cloud data acquisition module is connected to a 3D point cloud registration and fusion surface model reconstruction module which is connected to a data conversion module. The drive control module is connected to a driver A, a driver B and a driver C. The driver A is connected to a C-type arm motor which is connected to an encoder A.
