Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a three-dimensional warehousing and fast exchanging device for glass fiber and magnesium plates. The three-dimensional warehousing and fast exchanging device is characterized by comprising a platform assembly, a plate lifting assembly and a pushing assembly; four three-dimensional plate frames are arranged on the platform assembly; the platform assembly can rotate around the axis of the platform assembly so that different three-dimensional plate frames can receive the glass fiber and magnesium plates; the plate lifting assembly can make the glass fiber and magnesium plates placed on the plate lifting assembly ascend to the height of a certain empty plate storage unit of the three-dimensional plate frames; and the pushing assembly and a handle assembly are matched for together pushing the glass fiber and magnesium plates on the plate lifting assembly into the three-dimensional plate frames.
