The fixture base plate comprises a base plate frame body, an adjusting device, a sliding lifting device and a substrate, wherein the adjusting device is arranged at the bottom of the base plate frame body and can be used for adjusting the height and levelness of the base plate frame body; the sliding lifting device comprises a power part, a mounting plate and a plurality of universal balls; the power part is mounted inside the base plate frame body and can be used for driving the mounting plate to move upwards and downwards; the universal balls are distributed on the mounting plates; the substrate is arranged on the universal balls and is detachably fixed at the top surface of the base plate frame body; a limiting part for limiting the substrate is arranged on the base plate frame body.
