The method comprises the steps of detecting a distance between a target object and a curved television and a deviation angle; adjusting a resolution of a play screen of the curved television according to a relationship between the distance and a preset watch distance; adjusting an offset rate of the play screen according to the deviation angle; and adjusting an audio play track according to a relationship between the distance and a preset sound distance. The present invention further discloses a curved television video play apparatus.
