Bicycle management system and management method

The invention provides a bicycle management system and management method. The system is composed of a vehicle-mounted terminal and a mobile terminal, wherein the two terminals are connected electrically and wirelessly. The vehicle-mounted terminal arranged on a bicycle consists of a power management module, a main bicycle processor, an anti-theft alarming module, and an environment monitoring module. The power management module is used for generating power and providing power for the vehicle-mounted terminal; the main bicycle processor connected with the power management module and the mobile terminal is used for inlet wire main controlling for the vehicle-mounted terminal; the anti-theft alarming module connected with the power management module and the main bicycle processor is used for sending warning information when the bicycle exceeds a security range; and the environment monitoring module connected with the power management module and the main bicycle processor is used for obtaining environmental data
