Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a threaded connector tightening control method based on a sealing ring compression ratio. A mechanism analysis method is adopted to determine the relation among all parameters during the threaded connector tightening process, and a torque rotation angle model available for a project is built; through analyzing historical tightening data, sealing ring zero-point features are extracted, the sealing ring zero point is the point at which the threaded end surface just contacts the sealing ring during the tightening process, and the point is a fitting point; the dynamically-recognized sealing ring zero point is used for replacing a rotation angle zero point in the traditional torque rotation angle method, and a torque rotation angle method based on the sealing ring zero point is built; and an expert prediction algorithm is adopted for carrying out online recognition on the sealing ring zero point, sectional torque rotation angle control is carried out with the sealing ring zero point as a d
