Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a switch matrix based microwave component switch response time measuring device and method, comprising a switch matrix and a low frequency oscilloscope and characterized in that the outputted signal of the microwave component is transmitted to the second channel of the low frequency oscilloscope either through the low frequency output signal channel or the high frequency output signal channel in the switch matrix. The first channel of the oscilloscope is synchronously triggered together with the microwave component switch control signal to collect the signal waveform of the signal from the signal output channel and read the time interval from the effective start of the control signal to the stability of the outputted signal as the response time of the microwave component switch.
