Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a glass fiber-reinforced PA66 composite material. The glass fiber-reinforced PA66 composite material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-70 parts of PA66, 20-30 parts of branched-chain nylon, 10-30 parts of glass fiber and 0.3-0.5 part of a glass fiber dispersing agent. Compared with the prior art, the glass fiber-reinforced PA66 composite material has the advantages as follows: the glass fiber-reinforced PA66 has excellent mechanical properties and high heat resistance, wear resistance and size stability; in addition, the glass fiber-reinforced PA66 can be bonded with ordinary TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), with a good bonding effect and a high bonding release force; expensive soft alloy is not used, so that the product cost is effectively controlled. The glass fiber-reinforced PA66 composite material can be widely applied to the fields of electric tool shells, elevator gears and automobile components and the like.
