The novel sand mixing device comprises a supporting cylinder and a sand mixing box. The supporting cylinder is a cylinder with the large diameter. The whole device is supported on the ground through the supporting cylinder. The top of the supporting cylinder is connected with the sand mixing box. The novel sand mixing device further comprises a sand collecting opening, a sand outlet nozzle, a sluice valve and a handle. The sand collecting opening is formed in the top end of the right side of the sand mixing box.
