The invention provides a composition of Zhongshengmycin and pyrimidine nucleoside. The composition is characterized in that the weight ratio of the Zhongshengmycin to the pyrimidine nucleoside is 1:10; the composition also comprises kresoxim methyl, and is prepared from, by weight, 0.1%-2% of the Zhongshengmycin, 1%-20% of the pyrimidine nucleoside, 8%-20% of the kresoxim methyl, 1%-8% of an assistant and 50%-89.9% of carriers.
