The method comprises the following steps: A, brood fish is fed; B, the brood fish is selected; C, the brood fish selected in the step B is put in a spawning pond to be fed; D, inducing agents are injected to the brood fish in the spawning pond; E, artificial incubation is carried out under a sun-shielding and overshadowing environment; F, fish eggs are kept in a hatching pond for 80h, then the fish can be hatched out of membranes, after absorption is carried out for 2 to 4 days, fish fries float upwards and flatly swim; G, the fish fries obtained in the step F are released, wherein the release intensity is 100000 fries per mu (a unit of area equal to 0.0667 hectares); the release time is morning or evening, the direct light is not required, the temperature difference of release water temperature is less than or equal to 2 DEG C, the number of rotifers in water of a release pond reaches the peak; the requirements of the release
