The method comprises steps as follows: a target zone is partitioned; the type of buildings and the area of each type of buildings in each subzone of the target zone are acquired; time-sharing load characteristics of each type of buildings are acquired, and a time-sharing load forecasting value of each subzone of the target area is determined according to the time-sharing load characteristics of each type of buildings, the type of buildings in each subzone and the area of each type of buildings; a time-sharing load forecasting value of the target zone is determined according to the time-sharing load forecasting value of each subzone.
