The quantum dots based detection test strip for dibutyl phthalate disclosed by the invention combines a quantum dot technique with nano antibodies, and can carry out quick detection on dibutyl phthalate quantitatively with high sensitivity, strong specificity and less cross reaction, and the detection limit of dibutyl phthalate is as low as 1ng/ml.
