Zusammenfassung: | The moulding material of this invention belongs to a heat-insulation material used for equipmetns and buildings. It is a fiberous net-like elastic material which is rich in enclosed micropores. Its appearance is greyish white and density is 220-250 Kg per cubic meter. Its components are serpentine asbestos, ceramic fibers of aluminium silicate, sodium sulfonate of dioctyl succinate, sepiolite, expanded pearlite and water. The technology for preparation includes heat-presenative impregnation, stirring, beating, casting and drying. It is widely applied to equipment, pipe, furnace, building, cold storage and freezing (chest) car which requires a heat-insulation medium with a temperature range of -40 to 700 deg.C. |
