Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a pipe fitting pulse current resistance heating and electromagnetic pulse composite welding method. An electromagnetic pulse power supply provides a pulse current, and an induced current is generated on the surface of a welded outer pipe to impact a welded inner pipe at a high speed under the action of a pulse magnetic field; when the welded outer pipe is in contact with the welded inner pipe, a pulse current power supply provides a controllable pulse current, and a resistance between pipe fittings generates heat to fulfill the aim of metallurgical bonding of the pipe fittings; a computer control system regulates currents and working time of the electromagnetic pulse power supply and the pulse current power supply according to an empirical formula.
