Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a lead layer squeeze casting method for depleted fuel storage tank. The method includes the following steps: choosing a cylindrical die-casting punch for the basic lead layer to pour the lead solution for squeeze casting, and obtaining the basic lead layer after solidification; embedding the thermocouple; choosing a cylindrical die-casting punch to cement the lead layer; pouring lead solution for squeeze casting; thus the cemented lead layer can be obtained after solidification. Annular punch is used for die-casting to form a thin lead layer on both the enclosure of the stainless steel inner tank and the inner shell of the stainless steel outer tank of the shielding layer of the depleted fuel storage tank, and the lead layer and stainless steel wall can fit together closely; the lead layer squeeze casting method has the advantages of a simple process flow and high efficiency, and can apply lead automatically.
