Battery-foil multi-use variable off-line sheet meter

The invention relates to a battery-foil multi-use variable off-line sheet meter. Different aluminum-foil user equipment has different uncoiling travel and uncoiling tension, which can produce different judgment standard, so judge whether the sheet shape meets the standard shall base on the uncoiling travel, tension and measurement values of the sheet shape. The sheet meter includes a transmitting roller, a conveying roller, a tension roller and a winding roller, characterized by including an off-line sheet meter bed. The bed is provided with guide way, and the guide way is provided with a tension roller with left and right spacing capable of bening adjusted. The off-line sheet meter further includes a scanner, a tension meter, and a control and test bench. The beneficial effect of the sheet meter lies on that servo motor is arranged to control the tension and the tension meter is added to measure the tension, while the human-computer interface is able to set tension amount and display real tension condition.
