The transfusion monitor comprises a monitor body and at least one loading body connected with the monitor body, wherein the monitor body comprises a circuit board and a power supply device, and the circuit board is electrically connected with the power supply device; the circuit board is provided with a central processing chip and a signal receiving-transmitting device, and the central processing chip is electrically connected with the signal receiving-transmitting device; the monitor body is connected with a server terminal through the signal receiving-transmitting device; the loading body comprises an upper hook, a connector and a lower hook; the upper hook is connected with the lower hook through the connector; and the loading body can be provided with a weighing sensor, and the weighing sensor is electrically connected with the central processing chip.
