Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an external massage instrument for tumor patient nursing and belongs to the technical field of medical instruments. The external massage instrument comprises a casing; a heating layer, a medicine adding spongy layer and a fiber layer which are stacked are sequentially arranged below the casing from top to bottom, a heating element is arranged in the heating layer, a fixed surface is installed in the casing, a traction component is arranged below the fixed surface, and a pressing roller is arranged below the traction component. The pressing roller is pressed on the heating layer, air bags are arranged on the two sides of the medicine adding spongy layer respectively, the air bags are internally communicated with the medicine adding spongy layer, elastic strips adhere outside the air bags and are provided with buckles, and the buckles are movably connected with the elastic strips and fixedly connected with the pressing roller. According to the external massage instrument, massage, hot c
