Ground rod and grounding device

The application discloses a ground rod and a grounding device. The ground rod comprises a rod body part and a pointed cone part. The rod body part being a long cylinder includes a first end and a second end; an expanding part is arranged at the first end; and the second end is connected with the pointed cone part detachably. Because of detachable connection between the pointed cone part and the rod body part, the seriously damaged pointed cone part can be replaced by a new pointed cone part and the newly replaced part, together with the original rod body part, forms an integrated ground rod for continuous usage, thereby avoiding overall scrapping of the ground rod.
