Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a mechanical parameter calculation method and an application design method of a plate-fin heat exchanger and belongs to the technical field of heat exchangers. The mechanical parameter calculation method is characterized by comprising the steps that (a) a plate-fin structure is divided into multiple plate-fin cells identical in shape; (b) the plate-fin cells are equivalent to be uniform solid-state plates; (c) equivalent mechanical parameters of the plate-fin cells are obtained, and accordingly the equivalent mechanical parameters of a whole plate-fin heat exchanger core are obtained. By the adoption of the mechanical parameter calculation method of the plate-fin heat exchanger, the problem that in the prior art, the equivalent mechanical parameters can be obtained only through experiments or finite element modelling and the process is complicated and cumbersome is solved.
