Soluble porcine epidemic diarrhea virus N protein and application thereof

The invention relates to a soluble porcine epidemic diarrhea virus N protein and an application thereof. A nucleotide sequence of the protein is shown as a SEQ ID No.1, a protein sequence is shown as a SEQ ID No.2, the protein is used for detecting a porcine epidemic diarrhea virus antibody, and the detection employs an indirect ELISA method. The porcine epidemic diarrhea virus N protein has a soluble form, is in favor of purifying protein, and can better guarantee biological activity of the protein.
