Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for preparing 1,3-propylene glycol by dialkyl malonates through catalytic hydrogenation (reduction). The method comprises the following steps: under existence condition of a catalyst, a target object is prepared by dialkyl malonates through hydrogenation reduction; the catalyst is the supported catalyst, by taking the total weight of the supported catalyst as 100%, the supported catalyst comprises 10-40 wt% of metal copper and/or its oxide, 0-15 wt% of a cocatalyst component, and 60-90 wt% of a carrier; the cocatalyst component is a boron and/or its oxide, a zinc and/or its oxide, or manganese and/or its oxide; and the carrier is silica gel or/and a mesoporous molecular sieve. Due to selection of the appropriate catalyst, the product (1,3-propylene glycol)yield is high. 本发明涉及种由丙二酸二烷基酯经催化加氢(还原)制得1,3-丙二醇的方法。所述方法的主要步骤是:在催化剂存在条件下,由丙二酸二烷基酯经加氢还原制得目标物;所述催化剂为负载型催化剂,以所述负载型催化剂的总重量为100%计,所述负载型催化剂包含:10wt%~40wt%的金属铜和/或其氧化物,0wt%~15wt%的助催化剂组分,和60wt%~90wt%的载体;所述助催化剂组分是:硼和/或其氧化物、锌和/或其氧化物、或锰和/
